By registering for the Rooted Wombman Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant (with prior approval from the facilitator(s)).
Payment secures your place at the retreat. Spaces are limited and cannot be held without payment.
Required Forms
After payment, you will receive participant forms (e.g., emergency contact, medical/allergy disclosures, consent forms).
All forms must be completed and submitted by the stated deadline to participate in the retreat.
Failure to complete forms may result in ineligibility to attend the retreat, and any payments made will be non-refundable.
Media Consent
By attending, you consent to photos and/or video recordings during the retreat for promotional and educational purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify the facilitator(s) before the retreat begins.
Assumption of Responsibility
This retreat is for educational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Participants are responsible for their own well-being, choices, and safety during the retreat.
Code of Conduct
This is a sacred, supportive space. Respectful, inclusive, and safe participation is required.
The facilitator(s) reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat (without refund) if behavior disrupts the group environment.

By completing payment, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
